Itinerary: Leaving the city of Salta in a 4x4 pick-up truck, we will head via the National Route 34 heading north to the province of Jujuy. After passing Jujuy’s capital city, Capital de San Salvador, we will arrive at the Quebrada de Humahuaca (The Humahuaca Gorge), a UNESCO World Heritage Site, passing through the small villages of Volcan and Tumbaya. We will stop off for a visit at the beautiful village of Purmamarca, where we will also have the opportunity to enjoy the views of the ‘Cerro de Siete Colores’ (Hill of Seven Colours). Afterwards we will climb the Cuesta de Lipan (Lipan Slope), arriving at the Puna region. Once we reach the Salinas Grandes, a huge salt desert, we will assemble the equipment and bikes ready for a cycle through the majestic landscapes, all the way to the Salta border. After a delicious picnic and many fun photos, we will return to Purmamarca, returning to Salta City.

SUNSCREEN, SUNGLASSES, CAMERA, COAT, BACKPACK (WITH ANY PERSONAL BELONGINGS), Waterproof/breathable rain jacket, Personal medications, AND finally… PLENTY OF GOOD ENERGY AND SPIRIT!
Suitable for anyone over the age of 18yrs (and under 18yrs accompanied by parents), and for both experienced and inexperienced cyclists.
Our staff will provide you with the correct equipment and advice concerning routes and weather conditions.
One guide is provided for every 7 cyclists, and a truck geared with a satellite communication (VHF radio system) follows the group at all times.
All the detailed circuits will have as base group Minimum 02 pax and a maximum of 20 pax.
Circuits are subject to demand and are not suspended due to rain.
